Boneyard Fly Gear sprang to life in 2006 as an avenue for Matt Zudweg (aka: Zuddy) to offer his art in the form of decals, apparel and fly fishing gear.

 

A 30 plus year veteran of traditional sign making (hand lettering), Zudweg formerly offered his art under the dba of Carvedfish.com where he specialized in hand lettered vintage style sign art.

Although Matt still enjoys the brush once in a while, his creativity these days is mainly unleashed through digital art, creating illustrations for BYFG and commission work for fellow outdoor enthusiasts.

 

Matt is also an avid outdoorsman, veteran fly fishing guide and fly-tyer through Feenstra Outdoors.
